This course provides an overview of Labour Economics. The course begins with a brief review of economic principles. Several topics are covered throughout the course including but not limited to; Labour Market Analysis, Labour Relations, and HR Planning & Management. The main purpose of the course is to provide the student with an understanding of how labour economics and human resources are connected when making HR planning and management decisions.This course includes mandatory group work.
