This course focuses on applying knowledge gained in the area of wills and estates law to the production of forms and documentation according to the rules, regulations, and procedures in that field. Students practice managing a legal administrator’s workload by completing series of tasks to the professional standards required in a dynamic legal environment. Each activity evaluates students’ ability to solve problems using critical, analytical skills while also observing governing standards particular to the law industry. Prerequisite/Corequisite: OL324 Wills and Estates Law Procedures
