Get ready for an high-energy afternoon learning about self-awareness, fitness and self-defence with a top-notch local team of instructors! Participants will have the opportunity to learn and employ techniques from Kick-Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts for the purposes of fitness and self-protection.
