Confederation College would like to announce our new Our Pathways to Possibilities Workshops for youth. The workshops are an engaging one-day workshop designed to introduce youth to a variety of fun, creative, and skill-building activities. Through hands-on experiences, interactive challenges, and collaborative projects, participants will have the opportunity to explore the programs at Confederation College, find new interests, develop confidence, and connect with their peers in a positive and supportive environment.

  • Small Engine Repair
    Arts, Crafts & Tech

    Small Engine Repair

    Learn hands on skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain all sorts of equipment, like lawn mowers, snow blowers, marine motors, and trimmers. Discover how engines work, from carburetion to ignition systems, and get the chance to complete minor repairs and regular maintenance. Throughout the workshop, you'll get plenty of practical work time with real equipment. Demonstrations will help you to troubleshoot and fix common issues. Plus, you'll learn the ins and outs of both two- and four-cycle engines. And remember, safety is key so proper footwear, gloves, and eyewear are required. Students need to bring a small motor to class to work on.
