Adventure Awaits - Let’s Get Building!
Introductory workshop in a safe, supportive environment. Learn basics of working with wood, including how to measure, cut, sand, assemble, and finish a simple project using age‑appropriate tools and guided instruction.
Each participant will complete their very own woodworking project to take home and proudly share with family and friends.
This camp is perfect for beginners - no prior experience required. Just bring your curiosity, creativity, and readiness to learn!

Explore the forests around Confederation College while learning practical outdoor skills that help people feel comfortable, capable, and confident in the wilderness.
Campers will develop bushcraft skills such as building shelters, ropework and knots, understanding fire behavior and effective fire building, identifying useful plants, recognizing animal signs left by wildlife, and navigating with maps and compasses.
Through hands-on challenges, forest games, and outdoor exploration, participants will gain real skills used by campers, hikers, and outdoor professionals while discovering how rewarding time in nature can be.

This interactive workshop empowers young entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge needed to turn their ideas into successful ventures.
Participants will learn how to develop strong business plans, identify their target market, and build effective marketing strategies.
The workshop also covers practical techniques for product promotion, branding, and reaching customers through both online and in-person channels. Youth will explore essential sales skills, including pitching their products, communicating value, and building customer relationships.
Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, participants will gain the confidence and tools to launch, promote, and grow their own business ideas.

Have you ever watched a movie and wondered, "How did they do that?" Are you curious about a career in filmmaking but unsure where to start? Our filmmaking workshop, designed by industry professionals offers you the chance to dive into the world of filmmaking.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll team up with other aspiring filmmakers to write, film, and edit your very own movie. By the end of the week, you'll have a finished film to showcase. Invite your friends and family to join us for a special screening in our state-of-the-art movie theatre, right here on the Confederation College campus!

Have you ever wondered how lights turn on, how machines work, or how electronics power the technology we use every day? In this exciting hands-on camp, participants will explore the world of electricity by building circuits, soldering electronic components, wiring lights and switches, and experimenting with sensors.
Using real training equipment from Confederation College’s electrical and automation labs, students will discover how electricity powers homes, electronics, and modern machines. Each participant will build their own electronic project to take home and will test the circuits they create throughout the week.
Along the way, students will also get a glimpse into careers in electrical trades, electronics, and automation technology. No experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to build.

Take flight this summer with our Aviation Explorer Camp!
Participants will get an exciting introduction to the world of aviation through hands on activities at our Aviation Centre of Excellence. Campers will learn the basics of being a pilot and an aircraft maintenance engineer, explore different types of aircraft, and dive into the science behind how airplanes fly. With guided projects and real aviation tools and equipment, this camp offers an inspiring look at aviation careers in a fun and engaging environment.

Explore your creativity and create your own interactive adventures.
The week will be filled with creative challenges, such as, building a 3D model and printing it, creating an interactive game with a character that you have designed and animated using Adobe Photoshop and Animate, using a DSLR camera to photograph a stop motion of a story that you have created and producing the video, including audio and graphics, using Davinci Resolve.
A perfect workshop for inspiration as future game designer, animator, digital artist or if you are just curious about interactive media development, this workshop offers the perfect space to grow your skills, make friends, and have an unforgettable week!

Time to get your hands dirty with an interactive and practical approach to small engine repair and maintenance.
Learn how to keep your gas-powered small motors in top shape! This isn't just any class - it's hands-on.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain all sorts of equipment, like lawn mowers and trimmers. Discover how engines work, from carburetion to ignition systems, and get the chance to complete minor repairs and regular maintenance.
Throughout the workshop, you'll get plenty of practical work time with real equipment. Demonstrations will help you to troubleshoot and fix common issues. Plus, you'll learn the ins and outs of both two- and four-cycle engines.
Get the most out of this experience, And remember, safety is key safety footwear, gloves, and eyewear are required. Students need to bring a small motor to class to work on. Sign up and get ready to impress your friends and family with your newly acquired skills in small engine repair and maintenance.

In case of cancellation by the college due to under registration (require a minimum registration to run). In this case, all existing registrants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
